SET UP GUIDE

1. Choose Your Program: Decide which program you want to follow.
2. Check Your Email: Look for a welcome email from noreply@trainerize.com in your inbox. This email will be sent to the email address you used to register.
3. Download the App: In the email, you'll find instructions to download the Trainerize app. Follow the provided link to download the app onto your device.
4. Set Up Your Account: Once the app is downloaded, follow the prompts to set up your Trainerize account. This typically involves creating a username and password.
5. Access Your Program: After setting up your account, your purchased program will automatically be uploaded for you to start. Ensure you use the link provided in the email to access the program. If you don't use the link, you may not be able to access the program.
6. Start Your Program: Once your account is set up and your program is available, you can begin following the program right away and tracking your progress.
7. Contact Support: At any time during your program, if you have questions or need assistance, you can easily contact me through the Trainerize app. Simply navigate to the messaging feature within the app to send your inquiry.
