This is a 15 week muscle building program designed specifically for experienced gym goers. This program will maximize your size and strength by using a wide variety of set, rep, and load ranges.

Regardless of the stated goal for the week, all these workouts will be challenging and encourage muscle hypertrophy. Clients see an average of 15-20lb (7-9kg) increases in their squat bench and deadlift in just 15 weeks As well as improved muscle hardness, vascularity, body composition, muscular endurance and muscular hypertrophy. This is a 5 day a week split and not for the faint of heart.
