I am certified through ISSA. The International Sports Sciences Association is an organization that operates as an education and certification company for personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionists, nutrition coaches, aerobic instructors, and medical professionals.
It depends on the severity of the injury. I recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared, feel free to email me so I can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.
I recommend drinking 1 gallon (4 liters) of water every day. You should avoid sodas and all pre-manufactured drinks at all costs. A trick I use to ensure I always hit my water requirements is drinking 1/4 gallon (1 liter) of water first thing in the morning before I even eat anything. Then I always carry a water bottle with me everywhere I go. I recommend you do the same.

This varies person to person but the general consensus is to eat anywhere from 0.8-1.2 grams of protein per pound (0.45kg) of Bodyweight daily. With an average of 1gram per pound.
This depends on the individual. First I find your base metabolic rate (BMR) and look at your goals. Your goal and BMR is the determining factor on how many calories you will need as an individual.
